We may collect personal information from you in the course of our business, including through your use of our Site, when you contact or request information from us, when you engage our immigration or other services or as a result of your relationship with one or more of our partners, staff or clients.

Our primary goals in collecting personal information include verifying your identity, delivering our Services, improving and marketing Services, carrying out your requests, investigating or settling inquiries or disputes, complying with law and regulation, enforcing our agreements, protecting rights and safety, recruitment, and as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Depending on your relationship with us (site visitor, individual client, corporate instruction contact, third party whose data we process, or recruitment applicant), this may include name, contact details, payment information, identity and AML information, nationality, date of birth, occupation, case information, dietary or health-related information you volunteer for events, CVs and similar recruitment materials.

We may use your information to fulfil the Services under our Terms of Business, to respond to client service enquiries, for business administration and legal compliance (including KYC, AML and anti-bribery obligations), for recruitment, for marketing communications where lawful, and for client insight and analysis (including cookies, tags and similar technologies where permitted).

Before such transfers we use appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.

For visitors to the Site, we will retain relevant personal information for at least three years from the date of our last interaction with you, or longer if required by regulatory or professional indemnity obligations.

For Service provision to any client, we will retain relevant personal information for at least six years from the date of our last interaction with that client, or longer as required by our regulatory or professional indemnity obligations. We may then destroy such files without further notice or liability. Information used only for short campaigns may be deleted after use.

The Site contains links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy notices as Chancery Solutions has no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
